Welcome to my website..
A little bit about myself.
At an age of 7, i got interested in electronics and computers ( programming ).
Since then i only got more into electronics and computers to about an age i became a man and started to play around with motorcycles and radio ‘pirates’ back in the ’80’s. For which i build FM transmitters and Stereo encoders. At that age i even build analog encrypted content providers ‘hacked’ systems, to watch free c*rn content and movies.. 🙂 , which i had to solder into the televisions main circuit boards…. ( no SCART or HDMI back then!! ).
Throughout my life i worked in a lot of technical fields, started in IT and electronics repair and learned a lot about sensors and other technical equipment used in the professional field as an international Service/Commissioning Engineer. Such as all kinds of Chemical analysis devices and gas chromatography equipment. Particle size measurement. PH/EC systems for ‘Shell’ oil’s waste water, PVC analysis equipment for a big main producer of PVC. Exhaust analysis/measurements for factory chimneys. Also 5 years experience working offshore on oil rigs and well drill Ships building and installing TCP/IP Ex-Camera (explosion proof) systems for the Oil and gas Industry. And there we also did GPS 3D precision positioning systems for excavators, bulldozers and even ships that build the ‘Palm’ island in Dubai. The last 3.5 years i used to be a machine builder/commissioner for the cookie/biscuit industry. ( clients like Oreo’s, Uncrustibles, and many others).
I applied as much of my knowledge i got from my life experience into this device… The iFuel. Fueled by Passion!
In my personal space.. my technical hobby’s. I do 3D printing ( since 2011 ) ; Drone Building and Flying ( also 2011 ) ; 3D Design; PCB Design; CNC Lathe Machining, CNC machining, Metal working and almost my entire life i do Firmware programming and i’m a vigorous Linux user since 1992.
In 2017 i started with Paramotors. I started just before winter, in 2018 i did a lot of flying for my lessons and got my license in July 2019. Since i’ve been flying as much as possible. At the moment i fly my 3rd Paramotor, a Power2Fly Evo 2017. And i still fly my first wing which is a Dudek Universal 1.1. Most of my time i fly mostly in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Croatia and the Netherlands.
I’ve made the iFuel first for personal use, but everybody around me wanted one too. So, i started this company to bring a nice gadget to our community. I have been working on the iFuel for more than a year to get it just right. Finally i’m satisfied with the result. I hope you are too.
My objective was to make it as simple as possible and easy to install. The installation is a matter of cutting your fuel line just above the fuel tank and put the sensor in the fuel line.
This is not a high volume production. I build, calibrate and test all the devices by myself. There goes a lot of effort into these devices.
Every sensor has to be calibrated… one by one.
These sensors have a factory tolerance of 15%. But because of my calibration process, i can get a resolution of 1 milliliter. ( 1-3% per sensor.)
